The Hanshin Tigers made it into the playoffs and might win the Japan series, they already beat the biggest team in Japan the Giants. Now it’s down to the last few games against the Softbank Hawks.
Tickets sold out in 5 minutes, not surprising seeing as they haven’t gotten this far for ten years.
So on Sunday we went to Toracy a Hanshin Tigers bar to enjoy the game.
After watching 5 games and having two cancelled due to heavy rain this season I finally watched a winning match – against the Giants no less!
The Yomiuri Giants are number 1 in the league and Hanshin Tigers are number 2, so it was an important game.
Before the game we stopped by the Hanshin department store Tigers shop to buy balloons and I picked up a new shirt in pink!
Yesterday I went to see the Hanshin Tigers play against the Hiroshima Carp! Of course I went to support my local team the Tigers!
Of course Rilakkuma supports the Tigers too!
Go go go! Next batter! Fire fire fire!
Love the Asahi beer girls, they had draft beer backpacks!
On the 7th inning everyone gets their balloons ready…
…then weeee! They let go!
The Tigers lost, but everyone was still happy. We were welcomed to the team by these die hard supporters!
