I finally visited Arima Onsen! It’s been on my wish list for such a long time!
Last week on Valentines Day, we had a fair amount of snow in Kansai!
I had a lovely weekend, first I nipped to Jane Marple to buy the Alice dress. The staff member was very sweet and remembered me from the other week, she took the dress I wanted off the rack without me reminding her which one or colour!
Then I met with Anne who is leaving Japan soon :( We visited Starbucks for a Sakura White Chocolate drink. I got the latte and thermos drinks cup.
I’m really not crafty but after my visit to Seoul I was feeling determined to make something good!
Here’s what I bought…
Happy give chocolate to boys you like and friends day in Japan! :) Valentines is about giving chocolate to your loved ones, especially handmade choco.
It was Japan’s birthday on Tuesday 11th Feb so I had a 3 day weekend! Yay! Lona my dear lolita friend from Osaka moved to Seoul in June, so I decided to visit!
When I arrived in Seoul I was surprised to see snow!
I saw this on Facebook this morning and thought – what precious rococo flavours. I must try them!
I finally visited one of the Alice themed restaurants in Japan! I first tried to visit one in Tokyo in 2008/9 but the reservation system seemed so complicated we didn’t end up going.
Nowadays you can make a reservation fairly easily online. Just select the restaurant, date and time, fill in some details – name, telephone number etc and submit. I got a phone call from them just confirming details a day or so after.
